What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We ship all items FREE to customers, for billing of ₹ 50,000 or more. Below that a flat rate according to product category apply along with options for Local Delivery.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept payment through All Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit Card of All Banks including Maestro, 35+ Net banking Options along with EMI, Cash on Delivery, Cash Cards and Airtel money payment options.
How long will delivery take?
Usually delivery of items take 5-6 working days. Our Delivery Partner is FedEx.  
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Our website is secured using 256 BIT SSL Certificate to secure your shopping experience with us.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After your order is placed on our website & once we receive a confirmation of the payment, our back end dispatch team makes sure that your product leaves our warehouse for the dispatch.

You can check the status of your order at any time at this link. This page also has a courier tracking number that can be used to track the status of the order at our courier partner's website. It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier partner's website.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, the invoice along with your payment confirmation is emailed to the registered email ID. 
What is eRescue's 7 return and exchange policy? How does it work?
eRescue's 7 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on eRescue in case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition and packaging.
How do I return an item purchased on eRescue?
Returns are very easy, simply follow these steps - Contact us and provide Order ID details. - Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the shipping process. - Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
